phfu Terms and Conditions — Your Agreement with Our Platform

Access to phfu is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By registering an account or using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement and that all information provided during registration accurately reflects your identity and age. phfu reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any point, and accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be immediately suspended and any balances forfeited in line with applicable regulations.

In addition to the age requirement, you must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws of your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using phfu does not violate any law, regulation, or rule applicable to you in your location. Players who are employees, contractors, or close relatives of phfu or its affiliated entities are not permitted to hold active player accounts. phfu does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gaming is expressly prohibited, and any account opened in circumvention of this restriction may be closed without prior notice.

As a registered player on phfu, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes. You must not engage in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, fraudulent, or disruptive toward other users, platform staff, or the integrity of any game or betting market. This includes, but is not limited to, collusion with other players, exploiting software vulnerabilities, using automated betting tools or bots, and any form of money laundering or financial fraud conducted through your phfu account.

You are responsible for ensuring that any funds deposited into your phfu account originate from a legitimate source and are legally yours to use. Chargebacks, payment disputes, or fraudulent transaction claims made against phfu will be investigated thoroughly and may result in immediate account suspension pending resolution. You also agree not to reverse-engineer, copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the phfu platform, its software, game content, or proprietary data without explicit written authorisation from phfu. Violation of these obligations may result in account closure, legal action, or both, depending on the nature and severity of the breach.

All deposits and withdrawals on phfu are processed in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). The platform supports a range of verified Philippine payment methods, and the available options are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of transaction. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are subject to change; current limits are always shown within the cashier section of your account. phfu does not charge players a fee for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification requirements. phfu may request supporting documentation — such as a valid government-issued ID or proof of payment method ownership — before releasing funds, particularly for first withdrawals or when account activity triggers a security review. Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the selected payment method, and phfu aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly. Funds in your phfu balance are held for gaming purposes and do not accrue interest. phfu is not a financial institution, and your account balance should not be treated as a savings or investment vehicle.

phfu reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, where there is a reasonable basis to believe that the account holder has breached these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false registration information, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players. In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, phfu may freeze account funds pending investigation and may be required to report the matter to relevant Philippine authorities.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting phfu support. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to the player's verified payment method, subject to standard verification procedures and the absence of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations. Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period — defined as twelve consecutive months with no login or transaction activity — may be marked as dormant. phfu will make reasonable attempts to notify the account holder before any dormancy fee or balance adjustment is applied, in accordance with applicable regulations.

The phfu platform may reference or integrate third-party service providers — including game content suppliers, payment processing partners, and data verification services — whose own terms of service and privacy policies govern their respective operations. phfu does not control, endorse, or accept responsibility for the content, practices, or policies of any third-party service. Your use of any third-party service accessed through or in connection with phfu is entirely at your own risk, and phfu recommends reviewing the applicable terms before engaging with any external service.

Where phfu's platform contains references to external websites or resources, these are provided for informational purposes only. phfu does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any information on external sites and is not liable for any damage or loss resulting from your use of or reliance on such external content. If any third-party service used by phfu discontinues, changes its terms, or becomes unavailable, phfu reserves the right to substitute an alternative provider or adjust the relevant feature of the platform without prior notice to players.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your account, or your use of the phfu platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines, unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable law. phfu operates in compliance with the regulatory frameworks applicable to online gaming in the Philippines and expects all players to do the same.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent court to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of phfu to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms, together with any additional policies referenced herein — including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines — constitute the entire agreement between you and phfu with respect to your use of the platform.
